COG Youth Services Ltd is a small, Leicester based, not-for-profit, social enterprise whose aim is to improve opportunities for young people, give young people a voice and raise the profile of young people through activities that encourage them to make a positive contribution to society. We do this by applying the values and principles of youth work.
We use passionate workers to deliver a range of activities, projects and workshops to schools, colleges and community groups for a fee. We use any profits to develop existing provisions and create new opportunities for young people.
We won’t claim to be the cheapest organisation out there, that’s because all our projects are designed to be life-long learning experiences. All our projects come with certificates upon completion and all our prices are subject to negotiation, depending on how much the school would like to get involved.
Our constitution means that the organisation is limited by guarantee and 100% of all profits go back into our aim. This means that directors, staff and investors cannot profit from any gains made by the organisation. So you know, that not only are you supporting the young people under your care but also the wider youth community.
We can deliver projects like Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and Adventure Service Challenge Scheme, Dance and Drama Clubs, Sexual Health and Drugs Awareness workshops, Mental Health and Black History projects, just to name a few of the things we can do.
We are available to work across Leicester and Leicestershire. So, whatever you need, check out our website and give us a call to see how we can help and make sure you have #therightCOG for the job.
